Do you like to start your day with a delicious fruity smoothie? You can add coconut flakes to your smoothie for a little flavor, or think about adding more coconut flavor to your glass. One of our favorite smoothies is the Blueberry Coconut Recipe – you can combine frozen blueberry vanilla yogurt and coconut milk, as well as some coconut flakes and a little sweet like honey. Combine this and sprinkle some coconut flakes on top of the smoothie.

Cookies are a classic snack that can be artistically wrapped and given as a gift during the winter months. Baking up a tray of delicious chewed coconut cookies is a must-try this year – you can bake a very easy cookie with flour, baking powder, butter, brown and white sugar,
an egg, and a little vanilla extract. Add a pinch of salt and a cup of coconut flakes to create a delicious kick of the coconut. These cookies are warm and chewy at any time of the year and oh so comforting – but especially on those cold afternoons. Enjoyed a cup of tea or
coffee!

Making your own granola is another great breakfast option. It may seem like a lot of work, but it really is not! Make coconut-based granola filling with oatmeal, coconut flakes, almonds, and pecans. Combine these dry ingredients and a little coconut sugar, then heat the maple
syrup and coconut oil and pour-over. Bake the granola, then add the dried fruit and extra coconut flakes, making it easy to store for breakfast.
