Maharani Brand desiccated coconut flakes are made out of ripe coconut

FOR DOMESTIC PURPOSE: [Coconut milk]

Take required quantity of Maharani desiccated coconut flakes in a vessel and add luke warm water, say equal quantity by weight. Mix well and allow to remain for ten minutes. Then squeeze with a strong hand or by using a clean cloth. Out comes the snow white coconut milk! The milk can be advantageously used for payasams and other sweey dishes.

FOR LARGE SCALE CATERING :

Take required quantity of Maharani Brand coconut flakes and wet it. Then grind it nicely. Add to any curry. It is as good and tasty as fresh coconut. There is no botheration of breaking and grating, especially for feasts and large scale catering.

FOR BAKERS AND CONFECTIONERS :

Maharani desiccated coconut flakes can be directly used in preparation of sweets. It can be added to coconut balls, coconut biscuits, cakes, coconut toffees and burfies.
